Classroom Management

Classroom Management schedules space for courses, seminars and university-related events for Columbia University Medical Center campus schools and programs. The team also oversees daily operations in classrooms, the Student Learning Center (PH-17), Hammer Auditorium, and the amphitheaters including:

• Distribution of and training on the use of audio-visual equipment and computers
• Coordinating the maintenance of audio-visual equipment used in the classrooms
• Troubleshooting classroom equipment problems
• Coordinating the assignment and maintenance of student microscopes
• Assigning commuter and Black Building student lockers
• Coordinating the maintenance of the classrooms with Facilities
