The Bard-Haven Towers Lottery and Apartment Draw is conducted by the Housing Office in April. This process moves students currently living in Bard Hall to 2-, 3- and 4-person apartment shares for the upcoming academic year. A pool of apartments are designated for the Lottery and Apartment Draw. The current set student occupancy also applies to these apartments (see filling a vacancy in a currently occupied towers apartment). Prior to completing an application, each applicant must decide the type of apartment you would like to occupy and who you would like to live with.
